Bienvenido, Welcome to Noah’s Ark
Philosophy
We treat the whole pet, balancing traditional diagnostics with alternative therapies.
Starts with Diet: It is our belief that the root of many diseases in the dog and cat body revolves around the diet. We encourage a minimally processed diet, so we generally shy away from traditional kibble and canned foods. We also encourage balanced home-cooked diets. There are several kibble-like diets that satisfy a pet’s desire for a crunch.

This Week’s Point: An Shen (Calming the Spirit)
The An Shen point is located just behind the ears of both cats and dogs. This powerful point is known for promoting relaxation, reducing anxiety, and even helping with sleep.
How to Stimulate the An Shen Point:
Find a Calm Environment: Choose a quiet spot where your pet feels safe and comfortable.
Gentle Touch: Use your thumb and index finger to gently massage the area behind your pet's ears.
Circular Motion: Use soft, circular motions for 1-2 minutes.
Watch for Relaxation: Pay attention to your pet's body language. Signs of relaxation include closed eyes, deep breathing, and falling asleep.
When to Use the An Shen Point:
The An Shen point is particularly helpful during times of stress, such as:
Thunderstorms
Fireworks
Veterinary visits
Car rides
Separation anxiety
Important Considerations: Safety First. Always use light pressure and stop if your pet shows any signs of discomfort.
