In order to keep our four legged patients, their two legged human guardians and our staff safe & to continue serving our community, Noah’s Ark is moving to a reduced services model. Rest assured, we remain open and will continue to see our clients throughout this crisis in the following ways.

As we implement these measures to minimize exposure and practice safe social distancing, clients will stay outside of the clinic while their pets are examined inside the clinic.
A team member will take the patient history over the phone and then meet the pet owner at their car or on the sidewalk to collect the patient; we will operate this way for the foreseeable future to protect our staff and clients.
If you are bringing a pet to Noah’s Ark, please call 718-396-2111 when you arrive and let us know you have arrived. Someone will come out to help you.
For medication or prescription diet pickups, please pay for the items ahead of time over the phone and we will bring them out to you when you arrive.
For a Drop Off Appointment, please schedule the appointment and arrive as you would normally. Then call when you are on final approach and one of our Team Members will be there to greet you. Dr. Tello will communicate with you by phone and you will make treatment decisions together as per usual.
Out of an abundance of caution we are instituting this new policy. We truly want to stay open and accessible to our clients as long as we are able to.
