Veterinary Acupuncture now available in Queens

Dr. Bunni Tan is a native New Yorker and a 2001 graduate of the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. In 2007, she took the acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine course at the Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida. She is excited to provide alternative and complementary treatment option for pets with health conditions unresponsive or poorly responsive to Western medicine. During three years of service at the ASPCA's Bergh Memorial Animal Hospital, she performed multiple veterinary roles in general practice, emergency, surgery, shelter medicine, and expert witness in abuse cases. She has appeared on Animal Planet's Animal Precinct. Dr. Tan has also worked as an after-hours emergency clinician in Brooklyn for over two years.
